Well….. I AM that…. My birth given name is Nicholas… I’m family man who is driven solely to make a positive impact and leave a lasting impression in this world we call our own, and am doing just that! I am an extremely happily married man with two magnificent & beautiful children, and one gorgeous wife who is all I ever need in a best friend, confidant, and lover all in one.
As I said, I am an entrepreneur currently based in the southeastern united states. For the last few years I have focused of my time and energy on endeavors directly related to residential real estate. I got into that business because I love helping people manifest dreams and it has always come naturally to me, plus, it has been a great way to build the kind of capital I need to develop the business models that will allow me to explore what I would call my ultimate calling, which is helping the World’s people to realize their true and already existent potential. Aside from brokerage, consulting, and personal investments, I also have a business that basically facilitates in the rehabilitation and “flipping” of residential properties for investors of all kinds, young, old, amateur or pro, black, white or purple. Aside from that, I own two S-corporations (one for-profit and one non-profit/ U.S. 501-c3) with my business partner. Our philosophy is that everything that is needed to fix the world’s current problems is already in existence. Through our joint ventures, we are helping to invoke the motivation and empowerment to create new policy and reform the current political, social, spiritual, psychological and economic structures in this country and throughout the world. Many people believe the world is too far gone, they will soon learn otherwise. Many think that making changes to what is already in existence would not dramatically improve the experience of life here on Earth, for them I have much apathy, but no sympathy. We believe in a better way! We have many plans currently underway that have been confirmed to be undeniable in their potential to change things in a massive and very positive way.
